Leonardo da Vinci

Leonardo da Vinci was born in Vinci, on April 15th, 1452. Italy was at the time a mosaic of cities - conditions as Florence, small republics as Venice.
His enormous curiosity demonstrated early, drawing mythological animals of his own invention. He was an attractive and vigorous young person who had inherited the physical force of the race of his father. The young person disciple was using there for the first time new technical newcomer of the Netherlands: the oil paint.
Contracted in 1483 by the brotherhood of the Immaculate Concepcion to realize a painting for the church of San Francisco, Leonardo undertook the accomplishment of what would be the most famous Virgin of the Rocks.
